I added one of our music visualization to the site and although it did appear briefly it is not anymore.
It still exists (for me at least) just it doesn't show up in any category. It did appear in the new submissions and in the relevant section for a few hours and then disappeared I can only presume someone removed it.

Could someone explain why/how this happened?
