devart is the same as it has always been, an enormous pile of mediocre work with a few really good pieces if you hunt hard enough. You just have to get used to wading through shit looking for diamonds.
it loads as "deviant prints" for me, has a shopping cart on top, removed the words "skin" and "wallpaper" and tries to push a list of "bestsellers" at me

mojomonkee, I'm not knocking Devart at all. I visit the place all the time and enjoy it. I just find that the sheer volume of material, because they don't moderate submissions, can be overwhelming but at the same time it's a fantastic place to find new material if you have patience. Every skin site has good points and bad points and I favour none over another. "A frog is dead until it croaks"

danke, i'm old =P. i was browsing all sites for a green ezpop skin, and tried devart second cause i like the thumbnail feature. this partially accounts for the "WTF?!" feeling since all i got was photos (i managed to find one btw, thanks)
