you can try to edit explorer.exe with hackers ressource.

.....bitmap 167 for win xp and 166 for home edition.

thx..i didn't really want to hex edit explorer.exe again tho.. :o)

the newest tclock is xp-compatible... don't you people read the news?

It changes the start button, but not the menu, it was suppost to, but I guess something went wrong :P

well, for me it doesn't change the button even. the text or the picture. oh wells =)

i think TClock 2 not working on some XP systems is spotty. The Deskmod head admin can't even run it. Some people there as well ... experience TClock not skinning the Start Button.

For me, everything works great. I think its just spotty. We'll see when the next version of TClock is released if this is fixed.

The only other thing you can really do is hack explorer.exe to change the start button.

maybe you can help a little because the virtualplastic tut isn't to clear. how do i change the picture in the byblos.dll?

nm, i downloaded reshack instead of a hex editor. much easier :)

is tclock for classic mode only? i cant get it to work with luna
