well, I'm sure don't care about it, but since I'm new here, I would like to present myself....
I don't make wallpapers (i'm to lazy to do it) or skins, but I use them a lot. i'm a graphic designer, so i'm stuck, working on this thing called computer most of the day and I get bored of looking at the same thing really fast.
My first language is spanish, so if you don't understand when I talk in english, i'm sorry, but I'm still learning (I have learnt watching movies or surfing internet, so grammatical errors are very common, I'm working on it).
I have been around for a long time and sometimes I want to comment about a wall or skin, so thats why I decided to sign in.
Maybe soemday I 'll make a wallpaper... Well that's it.

if your a designer, then a wallpaper in theory should be easy for you (since we're all designers in our own way, and no one said a wallpaper had to be 'WORK' )
