Depends on what OS you are on, I'm not sure if it works with Windows 95. Also, if multiple themes don't work, it sounds like something is wrong with your LS install. Get the latest indiestep from http://indiestep.sf.net/ and install that to c:\LiteStep2\, then install one of those themes in which grdTray doesn't work.
