my two cents:

the website for sharing stuff youve done with other people is devart. its a good site. but customize.org is not devart... custo is a site geared towards desktop customization, and all of the admins here are chosen because they have a certain expertise or good eye for usable material. if they deem your work to be unusable, then its subject to deletion.

Ask yourself the following:

- Did the upload suck?
- Did it contain ripped (stolen/borrowed) content?
- Was it uploaded to the wrong category?
- Did it seem to attract evil spirits?

If the answer is yes to any of the above, there you go.

Admins usauly give people chances but see there kinda doing this for your sake...
If you post something YOU think is great but they know its not gonna get good rating its gonna be u in the drane pipe!
So these admins have there reasons they post anything they think can atleast get a 30.0 rating i think...

i thought darksheer said that walls or screens created for the purpose of being funny and not for the improvement of customization would be deleted on this site. it appears admins have made exceptions for the notable names by popular bias. i guess if i stick around long enough and quit complaining like i am now, i too can bend the rules. but from here on out, i will no longer be a part of the crying crowd. i will just continue to support the site and smile :-)

there are no rules set in stone. we've gone over this a million times. It's up to the admin.
I never delete screenshots, but some other admins do. A wall I would delete rkenshin might not. We delete a very small percentage of subs. Of course, now that we're lynched on the boards everytime we do anything, less and less get deleted. Pretty soon the site will be full, just chock full, every little peice of crap every fool on earth belched out without a second thought. And it'll look like it too. Joy.

Have fun, spam the site with whatever crap you turn out in ten minutes. I'm sick of hearing the little babies cry.
I promise not to delete another thing ever again. I'll just rank it extremely low and be honest in my description of it. I'll call it crap and so will 99% of the other people who look at it. Will you feel better then?

you never hear people who invest real time in their work bitching about this, it's just the wannabes who put forth some half assed effort and are shocked the world hasn't kissed their ass.

I reccomend all REAL artists and skinners pass these threads over without a comment. It isn't worth the time to debate, because you're dealing with slovenly egotistical idiots to begin with.
But like I said, we're basically more and more scared to moderate subs anymore, so these kind of posts will lessen.

1. Half the walls aren't deleted, just the lame ones. The admins who can delete usually let a lot of junk stay, even if its a pice of junk.
