icon packager or eIcons will change your icons for you and style xp can change your windows xp log on screen.

if you want to change your bootscreen (not the logon screen) there are some you can download from the web and change it manually by replacing some files in your system and changing some ini files... theres a manual of how to do it somewhere. note that this manual method is for more advanced users. although i did find a program that did the same thing called BOOTxp .... try checking out www.bootxp.net for it
