My god. 15 hours since i submitted my last wallpaper. This time i worked really hard. no jaggy edges. no dumb photomanipulation. I made it all in illustrator. But.... it is not outstanding.
I was wondering what you think when you see one of those vector wallpapers... not only the vectorized photographics... i mean all... Are you getting bored or is it still interesting looking at a well done vector wallpaper??
Oh.. yeah. Same goes for me. But thatīs why we have photoshop, right ;)
so ... youīre interested... it is my first pure vector WALLPAPER. I had one, right. The "stay!" one. But that was more a try then a serious wallpaper. So ... i will make it ready.
oh yeah.. hermik youīre my worry. I hope you will not feel copied after i submit this... i really donīt want to copy your style... sorry in forward for that. i hope thatīs ok ?
Liq hit the nail on the head. Saying "vectors are getting boring" is like saying "rasters are getting boring". But as far the style most people think of when they hear the word 'vector' getting boring, you could certainlly make a case on either side, but I sure as hell am not tired of it.
Wow i thank you all very much. Everytime i get such a big feedback i really donīt know what to say. It is an unbelievable great feeling.
And about those who donīt know what to say. I also donīt know. I just know that i love a lot parts of it. And if there wouldnīt be that wall from red-bottle it would be on my desktop, too.
It was /is really not easy to make a good one. I am really new to that section. I wanted to go further as i was doing in the past. Skinning brings a lot of great sites with it. But without ideas and interest i wouldnīt like to do something new.
Maybe the next submissions will let you fear... or laugh. I donīt know. But i want to make it BETTER. I want to have the perfect love between flowers, vectors and trendy 2d ellements. The Next one will be pretty simple. But... arenīt we all? ;)
really. I am so impressed by vectors.. it is really equal which one it is... i just love them. Please donīt understand that wrong... i just love the technic and liked to try it... thatīs all. I didnīt thought it will turn out good.
