I have been on this webpage for some years now, and I always see staff giving like: 20 in rating where everyone else gives 80-100 in rating? Why do the staff suck so much? Do you have to suck up to them or something? Ive seen this a million times, and take a look at the top 25 wallpapers... some of them REALLY sucks, while Ive seen some cool that are good graphics, great deisgn, nice colours, well made, get like 15 in rating and a picture of 2 glowing thingies get 90 from the staff..

The ratings are just their opinion. It's not like the staff ratings are the definitive judgment of the skin. It's just what the staff thinks. Just like the pub ratings are what everyone else thinks. Regardless of anyone's ratings, I like all my skins and I could care less if they get a 1 or a 100. :)
yeah, we're all assholes and we hate everyone so we give low ratings

okay, 1, we dont assign a rating to anyone. we simply say what's it's position in the linked list of skins of that sort
ie, "number 452 out of 1492" or however many wallpapers there are.
why does it matter? it's not possible to give everyone 90-80. by simply math, at most (and at least) 10% of all skins will be in that range. period, full stop.
so therefore your skin is compared up to others, not to an unknown, unwritten standard
also, a lot of you are highly stupid. not your fault, your parents fault. some of you are still fascinated by the render-clouds with a lens flare. trust me, even the worlds most beautiful lens flare will get a fatty rating of zero here. other things that dock your rating - unfinished walls, walls submitted 15 times with different spellings of "phusion" on it and slight variations in hue, walls with copyrighted images (microsoft windows xp was deleted not too long ago, as well as some genius who ripped a danzig comic cover and submitted it 15 times with different plugins as the background)
now piss off.

why do you care what the staff rates it as? you either like something or you dont. cant you use your own mind? or is that not possible for you. you're just pissed off cuz they gave you a low rating. guess wut! i got less than an 8 on mine. and i dont care bcuz i knew it was lame when i posted it. find something else to do. being smart isnt your thing.
I thought staff are supposed to be level-headed regardless of the situation or their current mood. We're not all not the same age here and we have to remember that we (especially the localised staff)affect peoples motivation and drive for future posting. But its all cool, keep posting and worry less about the ratings.
