last night I saw a "white pride" wall in response to another lame submission, called "AzN Pride". Though feeble minds would see the words "white pride" and think of "white power", thats really their own brainwashed thought process and in reality, there is nothing wrong with saying "white pride". Though today, that wall is gone and the "AzN Pride" sub still remains. My question is, why the double standard? It seems unfair to me, and I think we all deserve an explanation.
It was probably deleted because it was a lame-ass joke submission in response to a lame-ass submission in the first place. My joke shit used to get deleted all the time. Just ask colossus. :P

sorry, but 'asian' pride is assiosiated with having pride in your asian ancestory, and white pride holds the same. All you do by responding with that garbled crap Miriku is continue the stereotype. white pride means to that one is proud of one's (white) heritage. the same applies to all other races, no matter what. personally, i had no problems with your submission except for the fact that it was a childish response to another submission.

i find it amusing that you assume something about the words "asian pride," and then get flustered and angry when other people say something about the words "white pride." both phrases are subject to the interpretation of the listener. for all i know, there could be people out there that think youre trying to gain support for the kkk.
If you see a dude with "white pride" tattooed on his arm in a mosh pit, you must be at the wrong concert if you choose to stay away from him. And I am proud of my heritage and I'm white so does that mean I have "white pride?" If so, then am I racist? I had no clue it was so clear cut.

I do agree that white americans have no heritage. To be proud is not a big deal. It's not like I go out in public and get embarassed that I'm white. Call me cracker, but this is stupid. It's just like any other stereotypical term.
I think Hatebreed is an incredible band, and Ozzfest if a fun time. "asian pride" refers to cultural icons in Asia "white pride" refers to discrimination in Europe
the two terms seem similar, but they actually have very different purposes and meanings. neither side is worse than the other. under different histories, "white pride" could mean cultural icons in Europe, too. however, that's not how it developed.

hmm well i see that we know that white pride is a joke (as opposed to irish pride, german pride, english pride etc...). likewise, i think asian pride is alos a joke, along with black pride etc... imo alot of asians who celebrate "asian pride" don't know much about asia, or the country they originated from for that matter. they're searching for something to attach themselves to in order to find their identity in this world. though shrouded in ignorance, asian pride doesn't really involve nearly as much vitriolic elements white pride does, thus making it acceptable. i guess this justifies the deletion.

"azn" is a choice, like to do drugs, get tattoos, and touch yourself at night. but for the most part, the majority of people i know choose not to be associated with "azn" culture.
