Where is the samurize systray icon located? I changed ALL icons (even the big ones) on client.exe and the icons in the icons folder, but it doesn't change at all. [Of course I closed the program brfore I changed the icons and opened it after).
ArtIcons is a program which can open exe or icon groups and let you edit them easy. I tried reshack in the begining, and I can see the new icons on the client.exe on both programs.
i just did it with the new version. I replaced the icon in the icon group called Kanji_version. I am not sure if you can just select it inside config.exe. but I opened the actual config and where it says MAINICON type the name of the icon group where you replaced the icon. I hope it works for you.
