This is just a constructive suggestion and I don't mean it to be insulting. As we all know the Ambulance get's quite annoying when you have to look at it every other click. I was thinking there should be more high server load images so everytime it happens it cycles a new one. It would calm a lot of annoyed people done. I realize that time would be better spent just making sure the server isn't overloaded by making upgrades or something, but there will always be high server loads on a site like this. Just a friendly, possibly useful suggestion.
i know you admins dont have to see the high server load page so you really dont feel our pain.... so perhaps just listen for a little bit?
i think a very small random image script on the page is a great idea! and would be very easy to implement... ive come to hate that ambulance so, so very much...
anyways... id help make some cool hsl images and im sure lots of others would too.
each time theres a server load on you the pantie slides a bit so then we would love server loads and we will be begging for them we would be happy each time theres a server load

I'm all for ere.mite's idea based on my original idea. You guys could make a contest out of it. This site is about customizing.. why not customize error messages as well.

It isnt a bad idea actually, as long as it doesnt slow things down anymore. Go to the EVO forum and make a thread there. Thats where you should post all your ideas.
If the server generates an HSL, depending on the setup, it may generate a second HSL trying to call the image.
HSL page + HSL randomizer script + random image = three server calls. That may actually INCREASE the load on the server, or in the worst case it may not even make the random image calls at all.
A more rational idea which would involve much less work is to get some of the premere custo artists to each design an HSL graphic that's the same size as the one that's on the server now, and just replace the actual highload.gif file with something new every few days.
