P4 VS CELERON 2.4

I'm thinking about buying a SIEMENS AMILO wich has a processor celeron 2.4 Mhz with 256 Ram and 40 Gb hd. My question is:

Is this laptop good for graphics (photoshop,3d etc)?, what about its perfo for quite heavy work?

if you're getting a laptop and a Pentium, trying look into the mobile series (pentium m?) they are pretty fast and use half the battery power of the normal processors. it comes with the centrino based laptops i think along with the wireless networking deal.
