because it's an encrypted filesharing application. probably not the best idea for them to support an application that (supposedly) encourages piracy.

AOL eats beef like it's stir fry day, are we going to be killing IRC networks just cause they have the capabilities to transfer data? (*sigh* the RIAA dream) ... I mean MSN might be on the hit list soon if they keep this up!

http://waste.sourceforge.net - waste 1.4 alpha available for windows. updated code from the original release, source also available if you run linux.
