Heard about this a while ago, but i don't want to believe it cuz i still want an ipod.
If you think about it, it probably just happens to a few. Don't you think if that happened to everyones ipod then apple would be getting alot of shit, phone calls, e-mails regarding this issue, and word would get around the street. This video doesn't even inform you if it's the older ipods or the newer ones. It gives us no real info on the ipod except that apple wouldn't give you a free batery, but make you pay and just some guy walking arround spray painting stencils on apples posters.
I wouldn't be surprised if this whole video is fake. Just some retards trying to bring apple down. But what do i know, i havn't done any research on this video nore called apple and asked, maybe it's the fact that i won't allow myself to believe them because i want an ipod.
Apple does get a lot of shit concerning their batteries. This has been a problem with the iBook line as well for some time. Many consumers have even taken to, along with various ePetitions, posting on Apple's own message boards with their problems, only to have their threads deleted.
what i'm trying to say is, that ipod is on alot of peoples xmas lists and that if this is true about the ipod then it should get around quickly on the streets. It's already got +600,000 pageviews.
warranty is good, radio is better. Still think illegally broadcasting your own radio station would be better though, and lighter when moving around ... Might be a bit risky though, at least if you get caught and you've hidden your server pretty good you can still listen to your library in the cells
yeah.. buying an ipod battery that does'nt come from apple and far cheaper than the 256 dollar price that they charge for it is a real smart idea. Until that demon box blows up in your pocket like the nokia phones do!
Well if you've looked at the mAh of the built in ipod battery when you get it it's only (630 mAh) but when you buy the replacable battery from ipodbattery.com it's (850 mAh) wouldn't this one have more hours of listenting since the stock battery plays up to 8 hours.
