probs with 3 IE-icons

In this screenshot -http://www.customize.org/details/30412 - there're 3 blue ugly IE-icons in the Internet Explorer. I tried some ways to get ride of those icons, but i didn't find something. If I delete the whole icons (with reshacker), then another ugly icon appears :(

Somebody know how to get this fixed. I'm working under 2k (still, I'm not sure when I go to XP, if I go after my exams in the beginning of the next year).
