I hope the Colts pull it out. I just dislike the Patriots. They get way too much credit. They've squeaked by so many times this year on pure luck. I know the team is 15-2, but nobody on it has impressive stats. They just find a way to win, and sometimes the officials help them (think Oakland in the 2001 posteason).
Packers, most likely. They've already got the lead and Philadelphia isn't playing well yet. Regardless, I don't see anybody from the NFC (Green Bay, Carolina or Philadelphia) beating the AFC (Indianapolis or New England).
Ultimately, as long as New England loses, I don't care what happens.
A while ago I was a packers fan, but I don't have the hots for FavRE! anymore ;P
But seriously, I think Colts vs. Greenbay, but Greenbay's is gonna fuck up some important play like they usually do during some important game. But cuz I'm not a fan of the Colts, go Greenbay and show them what you're made of!

Cheese!

k, i'm done.
I hate liars. I hate hypocrites. I hate haters. Now gimmie a hug.
Wasn't Favre's fault. If you ask me, the entire game came down to the Packers not going for it on 4th and 1 in the 4th. That was the game right there. Stupid move, and they paid for it.
How the Eagles manage to win, I don't know. Same with the Patriots.
Whether it was Favre's fault or not, I believe GB would be so much better off with a better QB... there are only so many intercepted passes I can handle from him (which is only one of his many faults... unless he's just got bad luck)

even though im not that big into pro football, im going for Colts, mostly becuase my chiropractor is a former player.......tis quite scary when he cracks your back.
Everyone has a sociopath in them, only I'm different becuase I let mine out.
man, did you not see that carolina rams game? the panthers are fucking on fire. if they dont fuck around and get so many penalties in the next game they pretty much got it locked.
Philadelphia's defense? You mean the 20th ranked defense in the league? Let me say Philadelphia is good. However, they did play a cupcake schedule, what with the Redskins and the Giants in their division. They only beat 4 teams that were decent (Miami, Dallas, Green Bay and Carolina). Being a Miami fan, I can say they won that game because Miami's defense didn't show up.
Being in the Conference Championship doesn't make you a good team. Look at New England two years ago. That's the good thing about football - things like this can happen.
all horrible games.. i was soo pulling for dungy/manning and the colts. Also even though I despise the eagles i wanted them to win more so over the most hated in my book panthers.
I was also pulling for the Colts. I absolutely despise the Patriots, because they are overhyped, overrated, yet they manage to squeak by every team. It could be thanks to "generous" officiating, like tonight, or freak luck, like Ty Law's one-handed interception. I can't handle a year of idiot announcers telling me how good New England is. Their luck is incredible and has to run out shortly.
In short, I've got two weeks to become the world's biggest Panthers fan. I like the way they play football (sorry, Max) - good fundamentals, good running, and in-your-face defense. I actually hope Julius Peppers break's Tom Brady's spine. Well, maybe not his spine, but a leg or something.
Soooo..... New England was going to win the Super Bowl either way right? I mean they beat Philly by 3 touchdowns already this year & of course, Carolina sucks. Guess the Pats lucked out this year.

The Pats certainly did luck out this year. Take a look at their results, if you aren't sure. Better yet, glance over their offense statistics. Not a single standout player. I'm sure there are those who say that good players do not make good teams, and that numbers don't reflect winning. This is, by and large, untrue. The most noted exception (probably in football history) is Barry Sanders.
Regardless, I really hope Carolina crushes the Patriots. Their luck just HAS to run out sometime.
Gimme a break guys. I hate to say it but the Eagles are doing the best in the entire NFL right now. Who is better? Name a team. You can say New England, and what I'll say to you is yes, they are technically better because of the 19 game win streak, but they aren't playing better. And for all you haters out there, name me a team that will beat the Eagles. I think they'll lose a game, it's hard to say anything else, it always happens, but they WILL BE FAVORED in every single game this year, and you can look that up at the end of the year, when they won the superbowl against the COLTS. The Colts manhandled the Patriots, and they blew it three times. We'll see next time. I personally hate the Patriots, and think they are full of you know what. They will go down, because the WHOLE league is looking for their weakspots right now, and when that happens, you'll start getting beat by the game-plan. Mark my words, Eagles VS. Colts, and honestly, I can't predict the winner, even being an Eagles fan. The Colts are that good, and do scare me.. But the PACKERS!?! What football do you watch dude?
OH... one other thing... The Patriots DID NOT beat the Eagles by 3 touchdowns this year. That was PRE-SEASON, and do you really think the Eagles are going to show you what they are gonna do during the season? We walked right down the field on the first possesion and scored on them like nothing. I am not scared of the Patriots, they are who I HOPE philly sees in the superbowl, then I KNOW we'll win. Repeat after me... "The Pre-Season doesn't count"... If it did, the Patriots wouldn't have that 19 game win streak ;)
