j rich could've won the dunk contest in his sleep...just so everybody knows. he gave it away tryin to do some crazy shit, and i dont blame him. hes 100 times better at dunking than fred jones

Mugsy never won, he could touch the rim, but not dunk. Which is pretty amazing since he was 5'3". You're thinking of Spudd Webb (5'7") who won it 86. Jordan won in 88. And 87 I think.
this year's dunk contest was pretty pathetic...fred jones should not have been able to win. at first i thought j rich was going to win the contest not even trying, but i didn't expect him to try a self pass 360 between the legs dunk or a 360 stuff his elbow in the rim dunk, which he missed. j rich had no serious competition and he should have been able to win EASILY.
