I love some of the designs but is the next big step an animated desktop?If so, are there any good ones out there?

animated as in gifs? or flash? dhtml? there are many ways to animate something on the desktop. in almost all of my litestep themes i make animated toggles with mzscript and layercut. it's quite a nice effect._____________________________www.residualvisuals.com - carry the zero
man, i'd love to make desktop elements in flash. apparently the only way to do it right now is with active desktop, but i dont want to use that.
[hint: someone please make a standalone app to do flash desktops :P]
