well thats it, I've going to have to pull theplug on the internet now that another 2 worms are online. anyone notice when a nice worm is going around, internet advertising for virus scanners goes up about 100%? shows how stupid this global internet community is when we are opening *.pif's, might as well open *.virus for the hell of it while I'm at it.

Try convincing somebody the power to stop viruses is in their own hands. The only virus I ever had was the Blaster worm, and only because I ignored the weeks of advice to update. Before and after that, no viruses. It's really quite easy to just use some common sense. And it would be hilarious to see something named .virus, because there are plenty of people who would open it, and then blame Microsoft.
no shit... just don't open attachments from people you don't know and email addresses you don't recognize. if you didn't request bigdicksolution.pif, then don't expect that you want it.
