Playlist Shell Extention

Hey Everyone,
Im sorry if this is the wrong section for this, but I have a quick question.
Does anyone know of a Shell Extention that will enable me to create a playlist by selecting my (bought CD legally & Ripped for Backup) MP3's and right clicking, create playlist. Then it will create a playlist in a notepad format and not through a program shortcut?
If you guys kinda understand what im talking about its a right click shortcut but not for a program, like a shell extention. It will create a playlist from the selected MP3's I have.
Does anyone know where or if I could get something like this? I would appreciate it!
