what kind of program you want to make a skin for?

yeah, basically you need a graphics program(photoshop, paint shop pro, corel draw, neopaint, ms paint, ect.), a progie you would like to skin, and a little research on how to do it...

-program to skin

-and a tutorial (look in google.com, search for tutorials)

you can be a noob, thats no big deal, some of us have a lot of patiente around here but
