I have Windows XP and just installed 3DCC, I also downloaded various themes from this site.
The problem is, I can't get the colors to work on the Title Bars of the windows or the Task Bar at the bottom
All the other colors do change but the ones I mentioned: they are still blue
What do I need to do?
