Antivirus/Firewall

I was wondering what you guys are using for virus/firewall protection. Do you think the default windows firewall is good enough, or will my router be adequate? Norton's stuff seems a bit bulky to me. Any thoughts for a light and reasonable solution would be appreciated ;)

If your router has a hardware firewall, you should be fine (in respect to the firewall, anyway). I don't have an antivirus installed, but I periodically scan my system with Trend Micro's HouseCall. However, if you know what you're doing and don't open up every attachment that finds its way into your inbox, you'll be okay.

Symantec antivirus corporate edition (which, coincadentally, is scanning right now) for me (bought copy on ebay for $12.95) never needs subscription renewal so i'm happy. Using the firewall built into my linksys router, planning to switch to a linux-based firewall and router system, specifically bering-uclibc for better routing performance and excelent firewall features http://leaf.sourceforge.net/
