Yahoo has expanded thier Inbox to 100Mb and MSN plans to expand thiers as well... somethin like 150Mb but I can't remember... was on a press release e-mail that I got.
I have been using gmail for about 2 weeks now. It's not a huge revolutionary thing. It's just a very nice email system. The 1 gig is nice, but it's the little things about how you interface with your email that add up to really make it nice. So if you have a chance, I would say it's defenitely worth checking out.
