i've stripped back my cell of a room to scratch, i now have three walls of straight white canvas, with the remaining wall holding one pane of glass (window, which is permanant).
i'm considering going for the black and white extremes, being politics and curruption, focussing on the fatalities of it.
i've been down to the printing works and they're charging $30 for a black and white A1 print (which is huge by my standards).
what i need is some shots of my idols, that are somewhat difficult to find on the web (maybe i'm not looking in the right places). some assist in dumping urls to these sources would be greatly appreciated, i'll post a pic of the room when i'm done.

i know the library of congress keeps super high res images of almost every major figure in american culture (u know for those huge posters u see hung on buildings on the days of their memorial), though im not sure they will have lennon. if u live in DC and can spare some time you can check their archives.
otherwise, i would agree with aphaits, vectorize something medium sized (and maybe submit it *wink*) and then enlarge it.
I think you mean Dr Martin Luther King. Dont forget his last name because it makes a big differece.. Martin Luther lived in 15th century while Martin Luther King lived in the 20th century and is a great champion for civil rights.
