Rainlender > Moderna Skin > Contemporary Sub-Style. What font?

Anyone know what font the Contemporary substyle of Rainlender's moderna skin uses? Lucida Grande is set in the ini for something, but the font in the images doesn't seem to be that font... MS SanSerif set to a width of 92% seems to be the closest I can get, but I would prefer to use the same font instead of "making do". Any idea's?

Also, I can't seem to find who actually made the skin, again, any idea's? I'm trying to make a matching rainmeter skin for myself as I always end up going back to Moderna for Rainlender, and would like to get permission to release if possable.
