I'm currently living in Thailand, so I'm fairly close to the disaster area. It's hard not to feel very affected by this. I see now that the death toll is 150,000. Now survivors are basically starving. They have little clean water and living conditions are horrible. So if you have anything to spare, now's the time. Amazon.com has made donating to the American Red Cross very easy. You may never never see a catastrophe on this scale again in your lifetime. It's almost beyond comprehension. These people and communities really need help.
So instead of eating out this week or buying that DVD, save some fellow humans.
I gave $100 from earning minimum wage in the US. i think i did my part. but thanks for the reminder c72, for other's in this community. here is the link which mite help some making that donation, for a helping hand. https://www.redcross.org/donate/donation-form.asp
