A 300dpi minimum for a poster sized print. Kinko's could do it, but it wouldn't be the best quality for the amount of cash that you'd need. Try places like Engineering Supply Stores, they usually have amazing machines thast do prints sometimes 4x the size of our poster sizes. They also charge a bit, but if you want to get it done, and done right, go to them.
well printing shit has always cost a lot of moola. I just visited one of the biggest industry print facilities in norway, they were running giant machines worth approx. 1 million dollars. They had shitloads of paper too, and they used 1.3 mill dollars a year only on paper. And there were these giant "color ink cartridges" that take like 50000 litres of color, all in cmyk.
Its like walking around in a giant computer printer :)
