does anyone know (safely) how to remove the file menu where it says file,edit,view etc... from explorer without messing up windows and able to switch back ?

It's a file I pulled from somewhere on the Internet a while ago, but I can't remember exactly where.

It only works on Explorer and Internet Explorer.

I can confirm that it works on Windows XP Professional SP2.

The ZIP contains one registry file and one Visual Basic script, but both are safe.
