Msn tray icon, help needed

Sory to bug you guys with this, i know it sounds stupid, but the damn msn tray icon wont change, i tried reshacking it, and when i see the icon on reshacker its the icon I switched it for, but then I open MSN and the damn icon is the old one. Dont know what to do here, ive tried googleing but nothing came up. Can someone help?

I just tried what you said, hacked them all, yet the online icon is still there, plus i noticed the online, away, busy etc icons arent in the exe, i looked around the other dll's. But i cant find them. Help
