well Dios and I have collabed about the screen shot contest on irc and we had a couple of ideas to discuss.
1) well for starters we still need a theme to base the contest on, we thought of spring but already numerous spring desks have been created... other ideas are food (lol), cars, music or something royalish... we really could use a couple of responses for this section!
2) We are also thinking of having the participants make their own walls for this contest. Another idea is that Dios and I would pick out a picture of the theme that has "wallpaper potential" and have the participants make a wall using their own style and flair... but this idea is definitely in the works, please post an opinion or so about this section!
3) purpose of this contest is to spark originality, creativity and style as well as having a good time with it. Sooo... we would love Custo Community support on this!
4) deadline for end of contest needs to be established. I was thinking maybe end of May, but I'm not sure what Dios thinks.
So that about sums up what we have in mind so far. Please drop a post if you would like to participate or help with ideas; any support for this would be very much appreciated!
