Weather1 - Bad customer relations

Scroll to the bottom of the following link and you'll find a link to Customize.org that points to an incorrect IP address.

I filled out this guys feedback form with this message which was repeated a few times, since his feedback form has many input boxes:

"Your link to customize.org doesn't work. This is a great site
and it looks like you've got a great program so pls fix!!"

And he replied:

"I'm not going to change it because you spammed me with messages.
Too bad."

So I use this guys software, try to help him out, and he acts like a stubborn child in return. What a way to do business!! This made me so angry that I have stopped using his screensaver software.
