Image add/replace in folders

All those images would be located in the shellstyle.dll .. included with the vs

and you can hack almost any dll.. few to look into are shell32.dll/explorer.exe/msgina.dll/browselc.dll/

You should also consider ResHacking the shellstyle.dll that comes with many visual styles.

Thanks for the help, but i have a question:

Is this for xp because when it says to open desktop.ini, it shoulda have "IconArea_Image=C:\xx\xx.xxx" but it doesn't. And it has the "PersistMoniker" but i dun get what it means in the windows webviewer that i can replace the folder.htt cuz i dun kno what type of file .htt is

o wait i juss read over and i get what i have to do for XP. But when i created a new text file and did all the things, in ms dos, it says "not resetting hidden file"

hmm.. try "attrib -h file.ext" to set it unhidden?
