Artist's Note
This is the first half-version of my sand set. A set smooth as sand. The set are 3D style but include 2D versions for the 16x16 icons for visibility. Also both a shadowed and non-shadowed version of each icon is included.
The set is far from complete but the basic shapes are there; application, folder, file, computer, disk. My aim is, of course, to have a complete set, with most files and folders included in a normal windows system.
All comments and suggestions are welcome

pretty plain, it needs a good lot of work., Good amount and usability though, but it just needs much more detail work.

what you see as plain ... i see as clean, minimal, and very nice. I 'd like to see more like this ... very nice job mate.

I too like clean, minimal and nice looking icons. However the colors here are just a tad too bright for my tastes, but overall a nice job done.
