Artist's Note
I think this was made in version 3.01, its not excellent, I have used premade pictures (I dont know if thats against the rules) I made a lot of the images myself though, thanks.

yes, it's against the 'rules', rules being applicable laws. it's not a terrible skin if you get past the garish colors, cheesy icons, weird layout and the fact it doesnt match anything
