Artist's Note
Here is my new ICQ skin! Actually, saying new is not really the truth, since this is based on the "artifical"-series. But I did some major changes, and this time I made it in a more "popular" colour from the beginning.
I hope you like it, though it's not as unusual as the "artificial"-series, but I wanted to do something at least a little glassy.

I dont use icq either, but its a nice skin...maybe try skinning something else using the same look
