Longhorn Theme For ICQ+
This is my first attempt at creating a theme for ICQ, I hope you find it relatively bug free.
It has been created by using the Longhorn Visual Theme for Windows XP
originally created by C-Malle.
Other public domain graphic files have also been used in conjuntion with the above windows theme
and various "tweaks" made to make it somewhere near suitable for ICQ+
This ICQ+ theme works ok as is, but it is recommended for use with C-Malle's Longhorn Visual Theme.
Due to the fact this theme is still "unfinished" feel free to adapt it, make it better, or fix any bugs you may find. Just if you repackage the theme please give credit to C-Malle, and myself (Swampy).
Aspects of this theme are based on concepts that are products/trademarks of Microsoft(tm) Inc.
