This is the CubeČ icq+ skin. It`s based upon whistl3r`s visual style CubeČ -darkblue ( http://www.deviantart.com/view/2595663/ ) .
I`ll skin the other color shemes if you wish.

if the "search google" and other text buttons (go, add, find, services, my icq) didn't stick out so much, i'd give this a hundred....but that's just me.

all those buttons can be switched off by the user, you should have done that for your screenshot bean. It's pretty simple, like the whole suite...

mr.666 the google thing cannot be removed by the skinner so he can do nothing against it and it shouldnŽt affect his rating

Icq - preferences - Contact list - Design -Click off any of the buttons ya dont wanna see.
People knock icq a lot, but its one of the most versatile customizable chat programs out there. Msn and aol blow goats. The ugly goats at that..
And I like this Skin thanx Bean!
