Artist's Note
This theme sports some new features included in the latest Indipendent Litestep Build (2002.05.30) and in taskbar3 module. As a result, popup autosizes with elegance, popup text uses shades and tasks size is automatically adjusted when no more room is available. Resolution: 1024 and higher. OTS compliant. Please have a look to the included read-me text for optimal installation.

The blue is a funky tone, and the buttons are kinda bulky. But still and darn good job.

it's so *close* to perfection. i can't help but pick over the bottom bar, how it doesn't quite flow. some parts look great, all shaded and smooth while others are flat and angular
