Artist's Note
I started working on this when I was in a halloween mood. I know that unless your in that mood too then I don't think you'll enjoy the black and orange color scheme.
Bar can be put on top or bottom and the taskbar can have a orange border around it via shift+left click for both. Click on the little pumpkin for the normal popup if your desktop space isn't readily available. And I have included that wallpaper and a variant for multiple resolutions.
If I missed anything let me know and please give me feedback, don't leave a comment like "this sucks" cuz that doesn't help me. I know the colors are odd but that's halloween for you.

Cool halloween theme....but a bit "choppy" It might have done well to work on this one a bit more.

I'm not going to pretend that i'm good with images because I'm horrible at it. So if anyone has an idea for better taskbar images and such then let me know and we could work together. I have a few more things I want to include that I feel that I left out of this so it'll give me a good excuse to release v1.1 if I use better images.
