Theme has been beta tested on 2k and xp.
Tested with Omar's 3.0.2 Installer
This is a box based theme.
SysMetrix is allowed to be placed anywhere
on the desktop so the theme needed to done
that way also.

Based from Treetog's ThunderStorm Skin Suite.
