Artist's Note
I didn't really want to release this, as it was just a project to kill time a few months back, but its solid and it works. I hope you like the idea of it as much sas I did, from old 2d fighters.

i can see some inspiration from senex as far as the borders go (which is a good thing if you ask me) and the colors are vibrant and make it easy to read the text. i really like the diagonal pattern in the popop too, but this could use some work in some areas. the PopupTitlePix is huge and kinda ugly and the image in the top left just looks weird. nice work for a start, though.

whiskey, I just found this because I liked one of your icon sets and wanted to see if you had any more. Way to be a total asshole and make me lose all respect for your art. Artwork cannot be beautiful if the artist doesn't have that in him in the first place.

The popuptitlepix and the "weird" image in the top left are gaming conventions I decided to include: a pause menu and a character portrait respectively. You fail to apprectiate the tasteful artistic tribute to old 2d fighters. The borders are inspired by old 2d fighters as well, not senex, and I hope you like them b/c they look good and not because you beleive they were inspired by another artist.
