A great deal of your themes have that cut and dry look.. nothing really spectacular but nothing that will make you say ugg either.. it's just decent.

The screenshot is pretty crisp and clean. I like it! :D Oh ya, the theme...This is coming along nicely. That funky resizing thing still happens with the shortcut label. I wonder if there's a way to work around that with some clever use of OnResize... hmm Oh, and I think it'd be nicer if the taskbar, when it fills, fits more snuggly near the tray. It's only off by a few pixels.

Real original concepts, the only bug I found is that the background for the program loader, once hidden, will not re-apear- thereby locking those programs in place. (I'm sure that someone with a LS clue could figure it out in 2 seconds) Nice looking, smooth theme. You even figured out how to load the background with the theme, sweet.
