Artist's Note
A HEAVY mod of my Tinspiriat theme that I did for my Girlfriend. (whose name happens to be Lucy)
The theme is meant to match the 'bluetiful' ReLuna theme (by bant over at deviantart). Also meant to be used with miniMIZE, which creates the cool screenshot taskbar thingy.
Hover the lower left corner for a popup taskbar, hover the time in the upper right for tray.
Should be relatively resolution independent, but use at your own risk.
Licensing: the artist has specified that ports and mods are allowed.

It's pretty fly; haven't gotten to try it out yet, but it looks sweet.
Where is that wall from? I like the concept.
