Artist's Note

This is very similar to my previous theme: http://customize.org/litestep/themes/65562

The taskbar stacks up vertically and auto-hides with a 1 second delay
Middle-click on taskbar closes that program
The tray and volume control are on-left-click
The bottom-left button opens 3 different popups (for each mouse button)
Top-left corner is an always-on-top button: left-click minimizes all windows; right- and middle-click are as on desktop.

ps - I've made it super-easy to edit by separating all the parts into their own files and by commenting throughout the customization files
