Good first try jimmy but try to focus on one main color scheme. Same thing for the font used as well. Many times its the things that are simple which make a majority happy with the end result. In other words try not to cram so many things in a small space.

Why dont all you people who name their work "aero" or "serenity" give Jimmy a hand. He didnt use any cliche names, didnt try to stick with all the trends. I like this because its not like everything else on this site.
UPDATE: Why are all you guys giving him a hard time? Honestly this is a public site, no rules on wether or not its his first or not, so get off your high horses. At least he posted something. I sure wont because it wont be good. Give him credit for posting his stuff on a site where everything is the same and people act cocky and arrogant with each other on how good their customizing is.

Taz rocks AZZES! I'd love to see this with the 'XP 2005" in a silver or chrome kind of look that matches the explosion around taz. That would be cool... and maybe make a box around the user logons that does something similar....

I think we should use constructive criticism rather than destructive. Like Max and Bob said, it's his first try. Try and guide him so he can improve his work rather than making stupid witty comments with your low ratings. We don't want to destroy his self esteem, should try and encourage him come back with something better. We've seen some major improvement with a lot of users on this site, Jimmy could also be one of them.
I give it to you for your effort Jimmy and for the advice, take Max's advice. I hope you come back with some more work :)

i'll give you a pat on the back for your first shot at it. though i'm neither a fan of taz, looney tunes, or any other character you can purchase at auto zone ... i still feel you. and you need some credit for dealing with all this criticism. i hope disregard it and keep working on designing styles despite the crap you got for this. let's see a new logon soon ... if you're even hanging around here anymore.
