Customize.org has this new feature in the screenshot category (the "ingredients"), a.k.a. "the second step".
For a correct use of its capabilities you need:
A. Search for the source from you took the "ingredient" (wallpaper, icons, skins, vs, etc.). If it came from customize.org, you just need to copy the ID (the last numbers in the url), if it came from anywhere else, copy the entire url. Also you must write the correct title/author
B. Add the "label" wich is a re sizable / movable area
