As far as Neoplanet skinz go, it sux. as for emulating the standard IE look i think it does a pretty good job. unusual choice for a skin.

This one is just too much like IE however it isnt too bad if you like IEs look ,but why bother?

If I wanted to use IE(which I don't) I'd use IE.

The use for this skin would be if you have multiple users and your family/room mates/s.o. doesn't like the idea of having a completely customized GUI. For that purpose it is excellent as it gives a feeling of familiarity.

OK - the points are purely because it DOES have its uses.... People may prefer the orig look, but also prefer the increased functionality of Neoplanet... Buuuuut, i thought Neoplanet was all about not being IE?? Odd....

So you launch the neoplanet, it loads itself in memory ( 2-3 secs ) then loads the IE engine (1-2 secs ). Total - 3-5 secsthe question : WHY must I load neoplanet with IE look if I can load IE faster ?

The point of this skin is to emulate to look of IE 3, and it does that job admirably well.

I think this look is quite nice. It's calming and quiet, and down to the point. It makes IE look different in a way. This is good for people who like how IE looks and just want a few slight changes.

I think there are 2 versions of this theme, one is called "Internet Environment", the other is called "Uninstall Neoplanet"...both are quite similar
