EVO Launch Sequence Initiated!

Say your goodbyes to the current rendition of Customize.org -- the EVO launch sequence has begun! At 3pm ET on Saturday, we will be putting a freeze on the database and disabling uploads.

Steve and I have been working very hard on finishing off EVO, and we are almost there. Due to the massive upgrade, we will be freezing the database. This means that anything posted to the site after 3pm on Saturday, Feb 10, will not make it to EVO. Since we don't want people to lose their submissions, we are also disabling uploads. Just to be clear, everything else (the forum, reviews, messages, polls, etc) will still work, but the data will be lost when we relaunch.

This step will allow us to prep the new servers and put the finishing touches on EVO. We are aiming to open EVO to all members in about a weeks time and to fully launch shortly after that! If you want to get in on the "members only" beta and don't have a Customize.org account, make sure to signup in the next 24 hours!
